- Meets all the criteria of Anorexia Nervosa, but still has regular menses.
- Experiences occasional, but devastating, episodes of binge eating.
- Meets all the criteria for Bulimia Nervosa, but purges less than twice a week for over a three month period.
- Vomits/over excercises after eating a seemingly 'normal' amount of food.
- Includes types of restriction/crash dieting.
